Tom Clarke
Clarke started his football career at Huddersfield Town but was sent out on loan to Halifax in order to gain some first team experience in 2008.
The defender played a total of seven games for the Shaymen in his short loan spell.
He joined Preston North End from Huddersfield in 2013 on a free transfer. He has since been an integral part of their defence. He was part of the team that won promotion back to the championship through the league one play-offs in 2014/15.
Shaun Garnett
Defender Shaun Garnett spent the majority of his career at Oldham Athletic but did have a one-year spell with the Shaymen back in 2002/03, he played 41 games during the season, scoring one goal.
He also spent a brief loan spell at Preston from Tranmere Rovers in 1992 where he appeared in 13 matches during his time at Deepdale.
