Good afternoon, and welcome to you all. I trust everyone has enjoyed the festive period, and not over-indulged too much. Spare a thought for the players, who have their fitness to consider while us fans are tucking into our Christmas Puddings!

I cannot reiterate enough that the Supporters Club are currently looking for participants for our next two varied events. Firstly, on Saturday March 3rd we have our annual Supporters Club Sponsored match. We regularly get 40 plus fans joining us for this function, which includes a three course meal prior to the game against Sutton United. There is also the benefit of enjoying the FCHT hospitality. For people who have not been involved in this previously, it is certainly a worthwhile experience. For further details and to book a place, just speak to any Supporters Club Committee member.

Two weeks later, we have our sponsored walk to the Guiseley game. You will not be surprised to learn that we have chosen this fixture as it is the shortest distance from the MBi Shay. The walk can only be a success if we recruit a decent number of walkers, and should you wish to partake, again speak to a Committee member.

Finally, a mention of our programme stall beneath the East Stand. Due to the possible movement of FCHT Club offices, we have had to temporarily suspend the stall. We have no real clue as to how things will work out here, but as the tables we were using have been removed, we have little choice but to wait and see. Hopefully, we’ll be back before too long!

See you soon,   Kit.
