Following FC Halifax Town’s 3-2 defeat to Sutton United, manager Billy Heath gave a quick update on injuries in the team.
The Shaymen lost Ben Tomlinson to injury around the 30-minute mark and Harry Middleton also came off at half time injured. Billy Heath said:
“The injuries just keep piling on. We lost Tommo who had a really good, bright start and it really was a game for Tommo today. Physically he was good, causing enough problems and then we lose him.
“Then we lost Harry Middleton, who’s got five stitches in his leg and as I say, that’s on top of what we already had missing.
“Like I’ve said before, we patch up and we go again.”
Regarding the return of Matty Kosylo, Heath had to say:
“Yeah, it’s going to be at least Saturday. He has no chance of any involvement of Tuesday.”
Halifax’s next fixture will be away at Hartlepool United on Tuesday November 21. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
