We have been in discussions with Shay Stadium Community Football over the last week, they have decided to stop their operations.
FC Halifax Town Community Group will take on the work they were doing in the Halifax area. This includes but is not limited to work in local primary schools (PE sessions & clubs), holiday courses and development sessions.
We would like to thank Lee Ashforth and Jamie Sykes for their hard-work building and maintaining the organisation and wish them well in their future roles with the West Riding County FA and Yorkshire Cricket.
As our Academy & Community structures continue to grow and we finalise the process of becoming a charity, 2020 is going to be a very busy year for the Community side of the club.
