Billy Waters joins the Shaymen from Torquay United.
The 26 year old started his career coming through the academy at Crewe Alexandra and has had spells with Cheltenham, Northampton along with loan moves with Cambridge, Cheltenham and Newport.
Waters joined Torquay in October 2020 making 30 appearances for last season’s losing play-off finalists.
We wish him well during his time with the Club.
