- Arsenal’s traditional red home kit can be traced back to Nottingham Forest, as some of the Arsenal players had to ask their old club if they could borrow their kits due to a shortage, forest obliged, and the colours stuck.
- Arsenal were involved in the first match on live radio against Sheffield United in 1927, as well as the first televised match between Arsenal and Arsenal reserves in 1937.
- In 1993 they became the first English side to win a League Cup and FA Cup double.
