FC Halifax Town will return to action tomorrow following a two week enforced break due to the weather with a home game against Wealdstone, 3pm kick-off.

The Shaymen were due to play Harrow last weekend in the FA Trophy which was called off and then rearranged for both Tuesday and Wednesday night but has now had to be rearranged for Tues 31st January.

Town lost 1-0 at Torquay in the last league match on the 7th January at Plainmoor thanks to their captain’s second half goal.

Chris Millington’s side are on a good run at home with six victories and a draw on New Year’s Day in the last seven games and sit 15th in the table.

Wealdstone are 9th in the table and have won 5, drawn 3 and lost five on the road this season scoring 15 and conceding 19 so far

Their beat Eatleigh at home 3-1 last time out in the league and drew 0-0 with Maidenhead on the road on New Year’s Day

Their last league defeat was on the 3rd December when they lost 2-0 to local neighbours Barnet.

Rhys Browne has scored 7 goals in 13 appearances for the Strones.

There will be a pitch inspection at 7pm on Friday night and we will bring you the result of that as soon as we can.
