FC Halifax Town will look to entertain Dorking Wanderers tomorrow night in the second of three games at the Shay this week, 7.45pm kick-off.

It will be the fourth time the two sides have been scheduled to play this season but has been called off due to the Queen’s passing and two waterlogged pitches.

The Shaymen go into the game in fine form having won the last five league games at home including Saturday’s 1-0 win over Chesterfield.

In that run, Town have conceded just one game and have needed just the one goal to win each game and scored twice against Dagenham to earn maximum points from the last five games.

It has seen the Shaymen rise to 14th in the league and a win on Tuesday night could see the Shaymen up to 9th in the table depending on the result in the other game between Boreham Wood and Oldham.

Dorking now sit beneath the Shaymen in the table in 16th.

Their home form has seen them pick up five wins and two draws from the opening 11 games, but they have only one twice on the road and three draws from their 8 games. They have picked up maximum points at Barnet and Maidstone back in September and August respecively.

They drew 1-1 away at Maidenhead at this weekend

Their top goalscorer is James McShane who has scored 13 goals in 20 appearances closely followed by Ryan Seager who has 9 in 21.

It will be the first time the two sides have ever met.
