FC Halifax Town will be back in action on Tuesday night with the visit of York City at the Shay, 7.45pm kick-off.

The Shaymen lost 4-0 at the weekend at home to Woking and will be looking to climb off the bottom of the table with the visit of the Minstermen.

It’s three defeats in a row for the Town squad having gone three games unbeaten before those games.

Town have only won once at home this season a 2-0 victory over Gateshead and a draw against Southend but defeated three times on home soil.

York City came up from the National League North last season and are now 9th in the National League. They won 5-0 away at Barnet at the weekend and defeated 3-1 in their last home game against Notts County.

They have so far won three games away from home at Barnet, Yeovil and Maidenhead.

Their top goalscorer is Lenell John-Lewis who has 6 goals in 10 appearances
