FC Halifax Town make the trip to Norfolk this weekend to take on King’s Lynn Town in the Vanarama Natoinal League, 3pm kick-off.

The Shaymen go into the game in 3rd place level on points with 2nd place Chesterfield but with two games in hand.

Town lost 3-1 away at 4th placed Wrexham in midweek for just the club’s 4th away defeat of the campaign and a game against 22nd placed King’s Lynn Town who have won just two home games all season is what awaits at the Walks.

The defeat to Wrexham in midweek brought an end to a run of five straight wins and Town have now scored in each of their last 9 league games.

King’s Lynn lost to league leaders Stockport County at home in midweek 3-0 but were victorious on the road last weekend with a 3-0 win of their own at Aldershot Town.

They have only won 5 games all season with just Weymouth and Dover beaten on home soil.

Their top scorer is Malachi Linton with 6 goals in 27 appearances.

They have a few former Town men in their ranks, Ross Barrows, Gold Omotayo have both played for the Shaymen
