FC Halifax Town will make the long trip south to take on Boreham Wood this weekend in our latest Vanarama National League match.
Town were defeated 2-1 way at Stockport in midweek having won 2-0 at home to Dagenham & Redbridge on the opening day last weekend.
Boreham Wood have only played one game so far losing 2-1 away at Wrexham last weekend, their midweek game should have been at home to Macclesfield Town.
The last time the two sides met at Meadow Park was in the play-off eliminator and it was the home side who came out on top with a 2-1 win.
Wood last lost on their home ground in the league against AFC Fylde back in October 2019
Town are hoping that Jack Senior, Niall Maher and Reuben Noble-Lazarus may be in contention for the game following injuries.
