FC Halifax Town have signed Irish centre-half Neill Byrne following his departure from AFC Fylde.
The 27 year old came through the academy with Nottingham Forest from the age of 14. He joined Rochdale making 3 appearances for Dale before loan spells with Barrow and Southport.
Byrne has had spells with AFC Telford United, Macclesfield Town and Gateshead before moving to Fylde in 2018.
He has represented Republic of Ireland youth at international level.
