FC Halifax Town striker George Waring has said that he was an easy decision to re-sign for the club after agreeing to a loan extension until January 2018 earlier this week.
Waring has been on loan from fellow Vanarama National League side Tranmere Rovers since October and has gone to make four league appearances, scoring once.
โAfter a conversation with the manager to see what he wanted to do for the coming month, it was quite a straightforward decision really,โ Waring said.
โThe managerโs been great with me. Obviously, it was a little frustrating for me because I couldnโt play in the Tranmere fixture and it kind of broke up the loan. I could have done with another game there really to keep playing.
โIโm hoping to get some more appearances over the winter period. When I get my opportunity, then Iโve got to play well to keep my place in the side.
โThatโs what I want to try and do, to play as many as possible.โ
