With FC Halifax Town grabbing a late victory at Moss Lane against Altrincham, we take a look at how our Vanarama National League North rivals have fared.

Salford City stunned the rest of the Vanarama National League North as they battered league pace-setters AFC Fylde 5-0 at Moor Lane.

The victory has moved Salford to 2n in the league, with Fylde still nine points clear at the top after the loss.

Billy Priestley opened the scoring on thirteen minutes, while Jordan Hulme doubled the Ammiesโ€™ lead just three minutes later.

Half time came and with less than fifteen minutes remaining striker Mike Phenix made it three.

Hulme then grabbed his second in the last minute of normal time, and secured a hat-trick on 90+5 with a cheeky Panenka penalty to round off the display.

Meanwhile, play-off chasers Chorley and Darlington faced off at Victory Park.

Gary Brown opened the scoring on sixteen minutes, with Marcus Carver equalising before half time.

The 1,387 fans in attendance werenโ€™t to see a winner, with the play-off battle finishing in a 1-1 stalemate

Stockport County will have been looking for a resounding victory against league strugglers Stalybridge following their away point at the MBi Shay last weekend.

The neighbours met at Edgeley Park with 3,765 fans in attendance.

Danny Lloyd grabbed his 20th goal in all competitions as he opened the scoring early on.

Kieran Dunbar equalised on the stroke of half time for Stalybridge before Lloyd doubled his tally from the spot.

Jimmy Ball then finished off Celtic with his late strike on eighty-four minutes.

Play-off hopefuls Tamworth will be disappointed after they drew 1-1 at league strugglers Worcester.

First half goals from Lee Hughes and a Danny Newton penalty being the goal-scorers on the day.

Harrogate on the other hand will be delighted after summoning Boston to their second defeat on the bounce.

The West Yorkshire club move up to ninth after the 3-0 victory at Aggborough.

Defender Simon Ainge opened the scoring in the first half. Ex-Bradford forward Louis Swain doubled and Joe Leesley rounded off proceedings from the spot.

Elsewhere, Bradford Park Avenue picked up a valuable three points at Lancashire side Curzon Ashton as they won 2-1.

Also, Gloucester grabbed an away win at Telford with the Tigers winning 2-0 at New Bucks Head and Gainsborough were defeated 2-0 against Alfreton at home.
