Vanarama National League North Preview

FC Halifax Town will make the short six-mile trip to Bradford Park Avenue on Saturday in the pick of the fixtures in the National League North.

League leaders AFC Fylde travel to relegation threatened Gainsborough Trinity looking to make it five matches unbeaten. Amongst the chasing pack, Chorley host AFC Telford United who lost 6-0 at home to Brackley on Tuesday night, which is where Salford City make the long journey south to this weekend.

There is a derby between Stockport County and Curzon Ashton, who have been resurgent in recent weeks after early relegation fears.

Kidderminster Harriers host the Shaymenโ€™s Tuesday night victors Alfreton at Aggborough, and Harrogate Town will travel south to face Gloucester City. At the bottom, struggling Altrincham travel to Boston United and Stalybridge, who have had their last two matches postponed, host Darlington.

Elsewhere, FC United of Manchester host Tamworth, but will be without midfielder Harry Winter who transferred to Stockport in the week.
Nuneaton Town host Worcester City, who havenโ€™t won in the league since the 12th November.
