Guiseley have sacked manager Adam Lockwood after just under a year in charge. Lockwood, 35, kept the club in the National League on the final day of last season, but had only guided his side to a solitary win so far this season, against bottom club Torquay United.

Maidenhead United striker Dave Tarpey has left the club at the eleventh hour, signing for Sky Bet League Two side Barnet. The 28-year-old had scored seven goals in six games so far this season, after scoring 46 in all competitions last term, but has signed for the Bees on a permanent deal.

Barrow have added Marcus Bignot to their managerial team to assist Interim Manager Micky Moore, following the departure of Paul Cox. Moore and Bignot have previously worked together at Solihull Moors and Grimsby Town.

Dagenham and Redbridge striker Oliver Hawkins has moved to Sky Bet League One side Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee. Hawkins scored 19 goals in 44 games last season for the Daggers, and has signed a three-year deal at Fratton Park.

AFC Fylde have sealed the loan signing of Wigan Athletic full-back Luke Burke, ahead of their trip to the MBi Shay Stadium this Saturday. Burke, 19, made his Championship debut for Wigan at the beginning of last season, before injury curtailed his run in the side. He spent some time on loan at Barrow last season, and has made three first-team appearances for Wigan this time around, all in cup competitions.

Defender Liam Daly has rejoined Solihull Moors for what will be his third spell at the club. Daly left in the summer to join Kidderminster Harriers, but has completed a U-turn back to the club at which he has already made over 200 appearances.

Torquay have added three players to their squad as they battle to climb out of the relegation places. Norwich City defender Michee Efete and Bristol City midfielder George Dowling have both moved on loan, while left-back Chinua Cole has joined on a non-contract basis.

Central defender Fraser Horsfall has terminated his loan at National League side Gateshead to join National League North side Kidderminster Harriers, also on loan. Horsfall, whose parent club is Premier League side Huddersfield Town, played against the Shaymen in last year’s National League North play-off semi-final.

Ebbsfleet United have signed French central defender Jean-Yves Koue Niate after a trial period with the club.
