U19’s League Cup Draw

FC Halifax Town Under-19s will face Ilkeston in the first round of the U19 National League Alliance Cup.

 

The Young Shaymen will make the short trip south to the New Manor Ground, on Wednesday 12th October, where they will begin their cup campaign against the Robins.

 

Elsewhere in the competition Hyde United were drawn against league side Peterborough United. Fellow National League North side FC United of Manchester will play a Lancashire derby against Preston and Stockport County will cross the border to Yorkshire to face Guiseley.

 

Boston United, Crewe Alexandra, FootballCV Reds, Gateshead and Manchester Met University were all handed byes to the second round.

 

You can catch the Young Shaymen in action on Wednesday evening at the MBi Shay Stadium where they will face Staveley Miners Welfare in the FA Youth Cup.
