FC Halifax Town have completed the signing of 24 year old defender Keil O’Brien from Vanarama National League side Southport on a month’s loan in the last hour .
O’Brien returns to the Shaymen on loan for a second time after he joined us in October 2015 making 4 appearances from League Two side Bury.
The 6ft 5 centre half joined Southport this summer under former Town striker Andy Bishop who is the manager at the Sandgrounders and has so far played 4 times for them this season.
He will be in the squad for tomorrow’s top of the table match between AFC Fylde and FC Halifax Town.
