FC Halifax Town’s under 19s fixture against Gateshead under 19s this afternoon has been rescheduled to take place at Calderdale College (1:30pm kick off).
The match had originally been set to take place at Rothwell Juniors Football Club, but due to adverse weather conditions, the game will now be played on the astro turf pitch at Calderdale College.
Third placed Halifax will be aiming to cut the gap between themselves and league leaders Guiseley with a victory in the National U19s Alliance League.
Town, who are unbeaten in their last ten matches, will also be able to recall Jay Benn to the squad after the midfielder this week returned to match fitness following a persistent back injury.
Meanwhile, Gateshead, sixth in the table, have won four of their last six matches in all competitions and come into this fixture on the back of a 3-2 win over Loughborough Dynamo in the League Cup third round.
