Other results on Saturday means that FC Halifax Town stay in tenth position in the National League; level on points with seventh-placed Solihull Moors but with an inferior goal difference that just keeps the Shaymen out of the play-off places.

Table-topping Barrow stay at the summit after a 2-2 draw away at Hartlepool. The Bluebirds had twice gone ahead, but a late Ryan Donaldson goal was enough to earn 15th placed Hartlepool a point at Victoria Park.

With Barrow dropping points, high flying Yeovil had the chance to go top if they were to win, but a David Ajiboye winner capped off a 3-2 win for Sutton United over the Glovers at Gander Green Lane.

Third-placed Bromley piled the pressure on the top two with a dominant 3-0 victory over struggling Dagenham & Redbridge at Hayes Lane, as late goals from Luke Coulson and then Josh Rees sealed the points for the Ravens.

Fourth-placed Harrogate Town ran out 2-0 victors at Chorley’s Victory Park, whilst fifth-placed Stockport came from a goal behind to beat Fylde 2-1 at Mill Farm.

Attacker Wes Thomas scored the only goal of the game at Damson Park for Notts County, with the Magpies making it three successive wins with a 1-0 victory over Solihull Moors.

A last-gasp Tyrone Barnett equaliser rescued 13th-placed Eastleigh at 8th-placed Boreham Wood, with the sides playing out a 2-2 draw in Hertfordshire.

Torquay United were the day’s biggest winners, as Gary Johnson’s side put four past the ten men of Woking, after Godfrey Poku received his marching orders just after the break. Asa Hall, Jamie Reid, Ben Whitfield and Ruairi Keating with the goals for Torquay. Jake Hyde had put the visitors a goal to the good early on, but the fightback saw the game end 4-1 to the home side.

A 14th minute Michael Woods goal was enough for Dover to win 1-0 at second-bottom Ebbsfleet United, whilst Aldershot Town and Barnet played out a goalless draw at the Recreation Ground, keeping Barnet twelfth whilst the Shots move two points clear of the drop zone.

A Danny Whitehall brace helped put distance between Maidenhead United and 21st-placed Wrexham, with the Magpies now five points clear of the Red Dragons after beating the Welsh outfit 2-0 at York Road.
