FC Halifax Town were defeated 1-0 yesterday by former Town loanee Kyle Wootton’s goal away at Notts County

The home side were reduced to 10 men shortly after the break when Michael Doyle saw red for a challenge but Town were unable to make the man advantage count and were defeated for the second match in a row.

In other games, the league leaders Woking were held 2-2 at home by bottom of the table Ebbsfleet United.

Tyreke Johnson put the Cards ahead on 8 miutes and Jake Hyde’s 7th goal of the season with 13 minutes remaining looked like they would get all three points, however Ebbsfleet had other ideas.

Alex Reid pulled one back with six minutes remaining for his second of the campaign and they completed the comeback a minute into injury time with Myles Weston’s second goal of the campaign for their second away draw of the season.

Second placed Bromley were away at Eastleigh and they also shared the points with a 1-1 draw on the South Coast

Luke Coulson got his first goal of the season for Bromley but they were denied victory with Cavanagh Miley’s goal late in the game.

Yeovil made it four wins on the bounce to move to 4th place with a 3-2 victory over AFC Fylde at home

Rhys Murphy and Myles Hipployte put the Glover 2-0 up within 15 minnutes. Kurt Willoughby pulled one back just before the hour mark but debutant Jimmy Smith restored the two goal lead with 12 minutes remaining. Dave Challinor’s side did pull one back with Willoughby’s second of the game but it wasn’t enough and Fylde have now not won in their last seven games.

Peter Taylor’s Dagenham & Redbridge are 5th in the table and they are unbeaten in 7 games now following a 3-1 victory over Hartlepool United.

Joe Quigley grabbed his third and fourth goals of the season in each half before former Boreham Wood striker Angelo Balanta’s fifth goal of the season put them into a 3-0 lead. Hartlepool did pull one back with Ryan Donaldson’s second goal of the campaign but it wasn’t enough and t was Hartlepool’s first defeat in six games.

Maidenhead were defeated 1-0 at the Hive against unbeaten in five games Barnet courtesy of Josh Walker’s first goal of the season. Alan Devonshire’s side losing for the second game in a row by the same scoreline.

Ricky Modeste put Dover 1-0 ahead on 20 minutes at the Crabble against Chorley but Chris Holroyd rescued a point for the leagues 23rd placed side and it’s now 3 draws and 3 defeats for them on the road this season.

Stockport made it back to back defeats with a 2-1 home defeat against Aldershot Town.

The Shots went into the break with a 2-0 lead through Harry Panayiotou and Alefe Santos D’Abada’s goals. Joe Piggott pulled one back but Aldershot held on for their third win of the season all coming away from the Recreation Ground

Chesterfield got their first win of the season with a 1-0 win over Torquay United courtesy of Scott Boden’s first half goal. United have only one game in their last 5.

Barrow won 3-0 against Tim Flowers Solihull Moors. Two goals from John Rooney and former Town loanee Scott Quigley helped them to victory. Moors finished the game with 10 men as Tyrone Williams was sent off in injury time.

Harrogate Town and Boreham Wood drew 0-0 in front of 942 in North Yorkshire

A late penalty for Wrexham earnt them a point in front of the BT Sport cameras against Sutton United. Harry Beautyman put United ahead but a Bobby Grant penalty equalised with two minutes of normal time remaining. The visitors finished the game with 10 men as Craig Eastmond was sent off in injury time.
