FC Halifax Town continue their 100% record in the Vanarama National League with a 1-0 win over Dagenham & Redbridge.

Liam McAlinden got his first goal in a Halifax Shirt which proved crucial as it cemented their place at the top of the table.

Elsewhere Solihull and Wrexham continued to put pressure on the Shaymen as they were all victorious in their games.

AFC Fylde also pushed forward their promotion hopes with a 1-0 win against Ebbsfleet after an early penalty was converted by Danny Rowe. That loss for Ebbsfleet leaves them sitting at the bottom of the table without a win in three.

Hartlepool United managed to get their first win of the season away at Maidenhead. Niko Muir scored for the visitors early in the second half.

Newly promoted Stockport managed to gain a late draw away against Yeovil in the dying minutes of the game. Adam Thomas scored for the Hatters late on to get their second 1-1 draw of the season.

Dover ground out a 2-1 win over Wrexham after a late own goal saw them victorious. A red card late in the first half seemed costly for the welsh side who were one nil up at the time. That win pushes Dover into the promotion picture.
