FC Halifax Town travel to AFC Fylde in the final game of the Vanarama National League season. The Shaymen will be looking to end the campaign on a winning note and damage AFC Fylde’s confidence ahead of the Play-Offs.

Fylde currently sit fifth in the league having guaranteed a place in the top seven. They will be looking for a strong finish to gain confidence and send a message on the final day of the season. Here we’ll look at The Coasters key player.

Danny Rowe has scored 26 goals in this league this term making him the obvious key player for Fylde. This total has made Rowe the division’s deadliest finisher. Rowe has been at the club since 2014, where he has scored an extraordinary amount of goals for the coasters. A ludicrous 47 goals in the 16/17 campaign saw him named National League north player of the season as Fylde were promoted to the National League. In total, Rowe has bagged 138 goals in 92 league games including 26 in 43 this campaign.

The 29-year-old began his career at Fleetwood before moving to Stockport on loan and Lincoln on a free transfer. He has truly thrived since moving to Fylde five years ago and he will be desperate for the opportunity to showcase his talents in League Two for next season.
