FC Halifax Town drew 0-0 away at Barrow yesterday making it five games on the road unbeaten with two wins and three draws in December and January.

Town had a goal disallowed from Matt Kosylo, due to an offside flag. Scott Quigley had an effort hit the post and Town had other chances to win the game, however the two sides share the points which sees Town remain in 17th place in the table whilst Barrow are in 12th place.

League Leaders Leyton Orient lost 2-0 at Stonebridge Road against play-off hopefuls Ebbsfleet United.

Jack King grabbed his first of the season on 22 minutes and Chris Bush’s third goal of the campaign ensured the points for Ebbsfleet.

Solihull Moors are 2nd in the table after a 2-1 away victory at Maidenhead United who are now unbeaten in their last five games.

Liam Daly put Tim Flowers side ahead on 30 minutes, however the home side equalised through a Adrian Clifton penalty his fourth goal in his last five games.

Solihull weren’t to be denied the points as Adi Yussuf tapped home in the third minute of injury time to move Solihull into second place on goal different with Leyton Orient.

Salford City dropped to third in the table with a 1-1 home draw against Gateshead.

Danny Lloyd-McGoldrick opened the scoring from the penalty spot for his third goal in the league this season, however former Town striker Scott Boden equalised just before the break which sees The Heed 9th in the table and just two points out of the play-offs.

AFC Fylde were 2-0 winners over fellow promotion chasing Wrexham at the Mill.

Two goals from Ashley Hemmings his first and second for AFC Fylde this season in just his fourth start of the campaign were enough for the three points for the home side.

In the early kick off Harrogate Town beat strugglers Hartlepool United 3-1 at home.

Lloyd Kerry opened the scoring for Town after just four minutes. Former Town loanee striker Jack Muldoon doubled their lead just after the break with his 11th of the season.

Hartlepool pulled one back through debutant Nicke Kabamba but the home side weren’t to be denied the win as Mark Beck was on hand on 68 minutes to make it 3-1Β  with his fifth league goal.

The win was Harrogate’s first win in six games.

Sutton United travelled to Eastleigh six points above their hosts but were unable to get the win which sees Eastleigh now move within three points of them

Andrew Boyce put Eastleigh ahead, Gime Toure equalised for Sutton United just before the break.

Josh Hare restored Eastleigh’s lead but Sutton equalised again from striker Brett Williams but Eastleigh weren’t going to be denied all three points as Ben Williamson’s header two minutes time sealed the points.

Dover Athletic had Bedsente Gomis and Kevin Lokko sent off in the space of two second half minutes as they took on Bromley.

Lokko had out Dover ahead on 29 minutes but Adam Mekki equalised just 10 minutes later.

Bromley were unable to make the most of the two man advantage and they shared the points.

Dagenham made it four wins out of five on the road with a 3-0 away win at Maidstone United.

Nathan Smith put the Daggers ahead on 22 minutes, Connor Wilkinson doubled the lead on 73 minutes whilst Lamar Reynolds made it 3-0 in injury time.

The result sees Maidstone six points from safety in 23rd place in the table.

Havant & Waterlooville moved up to 18th place with a 3-1 away win at Boreham Wood.

Matt Paterson who returned to the Club during the week put the away side ahead on 9 minutes, Andy Robinson scored from a freekick just seven minutes later.

Idris Kanu pulled one back for Wood but Hassan Jalloh ensured the points after getting onto the end of a rebound following a penalty save.

The league’s bottom side Braintree Town were 4-0 winners over Barnet who have lost three out of their last five on the road.

It was Braintree’s first win of the year and they were helped by the sending off of goalkeeper Mark Cousins on just three minutes.

Callum Morton grabbed a hattrick on 6, 33 and a penalty in the 59th minute, whilst Iffy Allen grabbed a late goal on his Braintree debut.

Two sides in the bottom four met at the Recreation Ground and it was Chesterfield who ended a run of 5 games without a win.

Two goals from Will Evans on 44 minutes and 78 minutes gave the Spireites victory over Aldershot Town which is two wins this week following an FA Trophy victory.
