Wrexham sit top of the Vanarama National after four games as they remain unbeaten with a 2-0 win away at Maidenhead United in midweek.

Former Town loanee Mike Fondop-Talom got his third goal of the season for the North Wales side in the points for Wrexham. The result leaves Maidenhead United at the bottom of the league.

Gateshead are also unbeaten and sit in second place following a 1-1 draw at Boreham Wood in front of just 608 fans, but they required a late equaliser.

David Stephens headed in on the stroke of half time for Boreham Wood but Steven Riggโ€™s header earned the Heed a point to return up the A1 with just two minutes remaining.

Sutton United are third in the table behind on goal difference to Wrexham and Gateshead with a 1-0 win away at Ebbsfleet United.

Craig Eastmondโ€™s got the only goal of the game in the 33rd minute which was his second of the season in the four games so far.

Dagenham will travel to the MBi Shay Stadium on Saturday and they lost 2-1 away at Aldershot Town in midweek. Scott Rendell got the home side ahead on 3 minutes before Shamir Fenelon doubled the lead early in the second half. Chike Kandi did pull one back for the Daggers but Aldershot climb off the foot of the table with their first win of the season.

The highest scoring game on Tuesday night came at the Crabble as Dover Athletic beat Havant & Waterlooville 4-3.

Nortei Nortey put the home side ahead on 36 minutes but three goals at the start of the second half looked like the three points would be heading to Hampshire through Wes Fogden, Alfie Pavey and Theo Lewis.

However, Dover had other ideas and turned the game on its head with Jamie Allenโ€™s penalty on 67 minutes, Mitch Brundle and Kevin Lokko giving them the valuable points and sees them in 14th place.

Danny Roweโ€™s third goal of the season put AFC Fylde ahead at the Mill against Solihull Moors. Andy Bond doubled the lead against the previously unbeaten Moors. Luke Maxwell pulled one back for the visitors but Gime Toure clinched victory after coming on as a substitute for the home side

The result sees AFC Fylde in 7th place, one place before Solihull.

Chesterfield also lost their 100% record on Tuesday night with Jack Hindle and Tyler Smith grabbing the goals again for Barrow. Hindle put the home side ahead on 7 minutes before Zavon Hines equalised for the Derbyshire side. Will Evans headed in for the visitors on 50 minutes, but Jerome Binnom-Williams was sent off just two minutes later for a two footed challenge.

Smith then grabbed two goals in three minutes to seal all three points despite having Steven Jennings sent off for his second yellow card with four minutes remaining.

Niko Muir put Hartlepool ahead in front of the lowest crowd of the night at Braintree of 606 and those. rescue a point for the Essex side.

Eastleigh made it two wins in two with Mark Yeates first goal of the season on just five minutes as they beat Bromley 1-0

Harrogate Town got their first win at home of the season with a 2-0 win over last seasonโ€™s relegated Football League side Barnet.

Jack Emmett got his first goal of the season as did defender Liam Kitching, a result which sees the North Yorkshire side sit in 9th following promotion from the Vanarama National League North last season.

Finally, Josh Koroma and Marvin Ekpiteta gave Leyton Orient all three points with their goals away at Maidstone United, who had made 5 changes from their 3-0 defeat at the MBi Shay Stadium last weekend.

Shamir Mullings did pull one back for the Stones with 10 minutes to go but Orient were able to earn the three points in front of the biggest crowd of the night, 3037 at the Gallagher Stadium.
