With FC Halifax Town out of action this Tuesday, we look at the other fixtures taking place between teams in The Vanarama National League.

Bromley vs Barrow

Both Bromley and Barrow are in a period of inconsistent form recently. Both sides will be desperate for three points for very different reasons. The hosts are pushing to make the top seven and are in ninth place with a tally of 69 points, falling just one point short from Ebbsfleet and Dover above them. Meanwhile, the away side will be in search of a victory in a bid to keep their National League status, as they sit unnervingly in 20th place on 48 points. Only goal difference puts them above Woking.

Gateshead vs Ebbsfleet

14th placed Gateshead will face a stern test in the form of Ebbsfleet who recently dropped to eighth place in the standings after a narrow 1-0 defeat at the hands of Sutton United. That defeat had ended Ebbsfleetโ€™s fantastic eleven game unbeaten run as the Kent club try to push those above them.

Leyton Orient vs Maidstone United

Just one point separates 12th placed Maidenhead and 13th placed Leyton Orient in the league table. The Oโ€™s come in to the game on the back of a 1-0 win over promotion chasing Wrexham, while Maidenhead will want to get back to winning ways after losing 1-0 last time out against Dagenham & Redbridge.

Torquay United vs Guiseley

Itโ€™s a battle of merely pride at the bottom of the table as already relegated, rock-bottom side Guiseley make the lengthy trip to fellow relegation sufferers and 22nd placed Torquay United. The Gulls were relegated after drawing 1-1 to Hartlepool United in their last fixture while the Lions who have gained just 30 points this season were officially relegated in their 1-0 loss to Barrow. To add to their woes, Guiseley have lost their last four matches.

Tranmere Rovers vs Solihull Moors

In-form Solihull Moors have vastly improved in recent weeks, putting together a nine game unbeaten run that has ensured they are above the relegation zone in 19th place. They will see a victory as crucial as solidifying their National League status as only three points currently separate them from the relegation zone. This will not be easy as Tranmere have won their last six games. The Super White Army most recently enjoyed a 2-0 victory over the Shaymen which secured them second place in the league table in the process.
