After going six games unbeaten under Jamie Fullarton with a draw at home to Solihull Moors, FC Halifax midfielder Matt Kosylo is feeling confident going into their Good Friday clash against AFC Fylde.

“I thought we played well, we should’ve took our chances so both teams could’ve had two or three goals each.

“I don’t see why we could go to Fylde and get a result, it doesn’t worry me that Fylde are higher than us in the league table.

“We’re doing really well in every game recently, we’re six games unbeaten, creating chances and defending really well as well as keeping clean sheets which is a positive.”

Sam Johnson had performed excellently after denying Solihull a win at the Shay. It had even put his place as a substitute in the Vanarama’s team of the week. Matt believes his form will continue.

“Sam’s been consistent all season as his clean sheet record shows, I don’t see why he can’t do the same on Friday.”

The Shaymen will face AFC Fylde on Good Friday at Mill Farm, 3pm kick off, make sure to tune into our matchday coverage and support the team.
