FC Halifax Town 3-3 Eastleigh.

Probably the most exciting game at the Shay this season ended in a 3-3 draw with both teams attacking at will. The Shaymen were 2-0 down but managed to score a late equaliser after a crazy game.

Both keepers were sent for an early bath, with the two shot stoppers shown two yellow cards each. Sam Johnson was sent off for Halifax first and then Ross Flitney late on. Defender Andrew Boyce stepped up for Eastleigh but couldn’t manage to keep Halifax at bay. Loanee Daniel Batty finished the scoring in the 90th minute as the sides could not be separated in a cracking national league game.

Chester 0-4 Dagenham and Redbridge.

Dagenham made the lengthy journey up to Chester and still manged to beat the 21st placed side.  Cheek bagged a brace for John Still’s side as they chase Sutton at the top of the league. Ling and Howell also bagged for Dagenham to complete an easy victory for the London side.

Aldershot Town 2-0 Wrexham.

Aldershot won to stop Wrexham from escaping the pack at the top of the table. Mensah and Fenelon scored in the first half and Aldershot managed to hold on to take the victory.  The top six is now separated by 3 points.

Barrow 0-3 Bromley.

Bromley eased past their hosts Barrow to a 3-0 victory. Raymond, Wanadio and Vose scored the goals. Bromley now sit outside the top seven on goal difference. 1 goal behind Boreham Wood.

Boreham Wood 2-1 Woking.

Woking bagged a 90th minute goal but couldn’t catch 7th place Woking. Champion scored early for Woking and Andrade added in the 82nd minute. Effiong’s late goal couldn’t spark a comeback for Anthony Limbrick’s side as they drop to 9th place in the league.

Dover 0-1 AFC Fylde.

Danny Rowe bagged the only goal of the game as Fylde scraped past their southern hosts. Fylde climb above Halifax with that win and still have two games in hand on most of the league coming into the Christmas period.

Ebbsfleet 3-0 Hartlepool.

After Hartlepool’s massive 4-0 win against Halifax last week, they slumped to a 3-0 defeat today. The win for Ebbsfleet puts them level on points with their visitors as three teams now sit on 31 points in league. Weston, Kedwell and Coulson bagged the goals for Daryl McMahon’s men.

Guiseley 0-2 Sutton United.

Sutton’s fine run of form continues as they eased past 23rd place Guiseley. With Sutton top and Guiseley so low in the league the league leaders would have been confident of a win here. Dundas and Bolarinwa scored their goals in the first half.

Maidenhead United 1-1 Macclesfield.

A late equaliser from Hyde rescued a point for Maidenhead. Macclesfield missed another chance to go top of the table as they couldn’t hold on to the 1-0 lead they had, given to them by Lloyd.

Solihull Moors 1-1 Gateshead.

Bottom place Solihull rescued a point after their visit from Gateshead. Penn was sent off very early on in the match but the bottom placed team couldn’t take advantage of his dismissal. Solihull got their equaliser in the 65th minute through Atkinson but failed to score another and win the three points they were in desperate need of.

Torquay United 3-0 Leyton Orient.

McQuoid, Young and Reid bagged for the hosts as they chase Leyton Orient in a bottom of the table clash. Leyton Orient’s misery was inflicted further late on in the game when Jake caprice was sent off.

Tranmere Rovers 4-0 Maidstone United

Micky Mellon’s side cruised past Maidstone United with a comfortable 4-0 win. Norwood scored twice with Cook and Norburn also getting on the scoresheet for the Merseyside team.
