After the Shaymen lost 4-0 to Hartlepool United, their winless run continues. They will now face Eastleigh at the Shay, who sit a point below them, hoping that they can revive their form.

Let’s see how other events are shaping up leading to the weekend.

Aldershot Town’s National League fixture against Bromley was postponed just seven minutes before kick-off at Hayes Lane due to an electrical fault.

The floodlights failed at approximately 7.15pm, with both sides continuing their warm-up in the dark, but at 7.38pm the Club announced that, due to “significant damage” caused by the fault, the game had been postponed.

Fans of both clubs have been advised to retain their tickets for the rescheduled match.

Stones chief executive Bill Williams has written to members of Maidstone Borough Council’s Policy & Resources committee urging them to free up the freehold of a two-metre strip of scrubland next to the Gallagher Stadium.

The committee meets tomorrow (22 November) to reconsider a decision to offer a 99-year lease rather than sell the land.

Boreham Wood have confirmed that academy second year Iliman Ndiaye has been awarded a first team contract.

The young midfielder is the latest player of the PASE conveyor belt, joining the likes of Bradley Sach, Frank Keita, Sauba Thomas and Quba Gordon in the Wood first team picture.

Tonight’s National League encounter between AFC Fylde and Guiseley has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.

Despite the best efforts of the ground staff and following an inspection, referee Matthew Donohue made the decision to call off the match in the interest of player health and safety.

Chester FC have announced the signing of forward Jorome Slew.

The 19-year-old was highly rated coming through Sheffield United’s youth setup.

Slew joins from Goole – having previously been on trial at Championship side Barnsley.

Finally, Torquay United Football Club have confirmed the loan signing of Cheltenham central defender, Alex Davey.

Davey joins from the Robins on loan until the beginning of January, having impressed Torquay United head coach Gary Owers in a recent friendly.

Alex spent his youth career with Chelsea before loan moves to Scunthorpe United, Peterborough United, Stabæk, and Crawley Town.

We will see you at the Shay for the Eastleigh match.

Enjoy the game.
