Garner: Really Enjoying My Time Here

FC Halifax Town defender Scott Garner extended his deal at the Club this weekend.

Garner told the official website, “I’m staying at The Shay for an extra year so it is great news. It came on a disappointing day after we exited the FA Cup but it was a brighter note to sign a deal for next year. I am really excited.

“I have really enjoyed my time here and the lads, the staff and the fans have all been great, so I don’t want to leave. I am here for another year and I am really pleased.

“Once the offer was there – and there wasn’t any negotiating – I was pleased to sign.”
