FC Halifax Townโ€™s biggest goal-threat this weekend against Boreham Wood is likely to be in-form midfielder Bruno Andrade, the clubโ€™s top goal-scorer in 2017/18.

Andrade has scored seven times in 13 starts for Boreham Wood this season, leaving him as the second highest scorer in the Vanarama National League behind only Corey Whitely of Dagenham and Redbridge on eight.

The 24-year-old begun the campaign in fine form, bagging six goals in his first seven starts as The Wood lost just one of their opening six fixtures.

However, Andrade has since struggled in front of goal, failing to score in his next matches before last weekend has re-found his touch, netting the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Eastleigh at Meadow Park.

Born in Portugal, Andrade begun his career at Queens Park Rangers at the age of 13. The midfielder made just four first-appearances for QPR whilst also having loan spells at Aldershot Town, Wycombe Wanders and Stevenage (twice).

In August 2015, Andrade joined Woking on a free transfer before signing for Boreham Wood last year as he scored ten league goals in 36 appearances.
